At Sidrah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sidrah.com with your order details.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents cannot be returned.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
